*All Sale Pros agents are required to use our on-staff transaction coordinator. Our on staff transaction coordinator is familiar with all of our paperwork requirements including contracts & disclosures. The cost for our on staff transaction coordinate is $250 for representing a transaction side. The cost for a dual agency transaction is $400. These fees can either be paid from agent commission at closing or charged to the buyer and/or seller. If the transaction does not close, the agent will not be responsible for these fees.
**Short Sale Negotiator fees are set on a per-transaction basis depending on the number of loan/liens, lenders involved, etc.. Sale Pros agents are NOT required to use our On Staff short sale negotiators.
