Frequently Asked Questions

So.....What's the catch?

There are no catches or fine print. Our agents end up keeping much more of the commission that they generate than with a traditional brokerage.

Here is an example of a $10,000 gross commission:

$10,000 Gross Commission

-$695 to Sale Pros Realty

-$250 Transaction Coordinator Fee (may also be passed on to buyer or seller)

=$9,055 Payment to Agent And, as a result of having a transaction coordinator, our agents can focus more of them time on generating new business instead of being bogged down with paperwork.

Do I have to use a transaction coordinator?

Yes, all of our agents are required to use one of our in-house transaction coordinators. Our transaction coordinators are well versed in our exact paperwork requirements and make sure that all files are in compliance. The transaction coordinator fee may also be passed along to the buyer or seller in many circumstances. Having a transaction coordinator help with your file will ultimately allow you to focus on generating additional business. In addition, you will not be charged the transaction coordinator fee if the sale does not close.

What about E&O insurance?

Sale Pros Realty does not charge an additional per transaction E&O Fee. The $695 Fee that is charged includes E&O insurance. Sale Pros Realty is insured up to $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Is there a monthly fee?

Sale Pros Realty does not charge a monthly fee. Our agents are only charged on a completed transaction basis.

What if I don't sell any homes this year?

Sale Pros Realty only receives a fee when a transaction is completed

Can agents choose who they would like to use for escrow and title?

Sale Pros Realty allows our agents to choose who they would like to use for escrow and title. We do not own our own escrow company or try to direct business to any particular escrow or title company. We realize that many of our agents have built long term relationships with many of their service providers and we feel that they should have the ability to choose who they would like to work with.
